How do you ship?
We ship to the United States and provide tracking numbers for all orders.
How long does processing take?
Please be patient with the process during holidays, as delays may occur.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped within two days of the following business day.
Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control.
Zaza & Friends is not responsible for any delays and/or damage caused in-transit by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.
How will I get tracking?
You will receive a tracking number for your order within 24 hours from the moment it ships. These emails are sent automatically, and also include shipping details. If you do not receive notification, please check your spam folder before contacting Zaza & Friends.
